2. What is personal data?

You do not have to forward any data to us in order to use our websites. Only your access data or server log files are stored.

Nevertheless, we reserve the right to verify the log files retrospectively given a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on specific indications.

If you contact us (for example via contact form or email), the details of the user are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry as well as in case of follow-on enquiries.
5. Incorporation of third-party services and content
Our online offer incorporates third-party content, for example videos from YouTube, map material from Google-Maps, computer interface feeds or graphics from other websites. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) perceive the IP address of the users. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. Consequently, the IP address is required for the presentation of this content. We endeavour to use exclusively content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for delivery of the content. Nevertheless, we have no control over whether the third-party providers store the IP address, for example for statistical purposes. If we have information on this we explain the situation to the users.

6. Cookies
We use cookies so as to be able to offer you specific functions on our Internet site. These are small text files that are stored on your computer for the duration of a browser session. The cookies are deleted at the
end of the browser session. You can prevent the installation of cookies on your computer by altering your browser settings.

7. Piwik
This offer uses Piwik, open-source software for the statistical evaluation of user access. Piwik uses so-called “cookies”, text files stored on the user’s computer which enable an analysis of use of the website by users. The information generated by the cookie on use of this offer is stored on the provider’s server in Germany. The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and prior to storage. Users can prevent the installation of the cookies through a corresponding setting in their browser software. Nevertheless, attention is drawn to the fact that, in this case, users may not be able to make full use of all functions of this website.

 

8. Links to social networks
The online offer contains links to Facebook, Xing, Google+ and YouTube. It is only by clicking on the corresponding logo that the user is forwarded to the website of the corresponding provider. The site operator does not use plug-ins of these social networks.

9. Right to knowledge, correction and deletion of personal data
Every user has the right to free information on the personal data stored on them upon application. The user also has a right to correction, blocking and deletion of his/her personal data, provided no statutory obligation to keep stands in the way of this.

Any alterations to our data protection guidelines will be published on our website. You should therefore check these guidelines regularly for changes.
